Hi, I'm Kat, the owner and baker behind The Cozy Cookie Company.

Baking has always been my way of showing love. Long before it became a business, I was the person bringing homemade cookies to family gatherings, celebrations, and "just because" moments. Over the years, I perfected my recipes with one goal in mind: creating cookies that feel nostalgic, comforting, and impossible to forget.

Although I spent nearly a decade building a career in accounting and finance—including roles at PwC and in Financial Planning & Analysis for an entertainment company—I eventually realized my heart belonged in the kitchen. My business background gave me the confidence to build a company, but baking has always been where I feel most at home.

As a lifelong La Cañada resident, it means so much to serve the community that raised me. After my husband and I started our family and welcomed our two children, we knew this was where we wanted to build our life. Today, I'm honored to share handcrafted, small-batch cookies with neighbors, local businesses, and families celebrating life's sweetest moments.

Whether you're ordering cookies for a wedding, corporate event, birthday or simply because you deserve a treat, my hope is that every bite brings a little comfort, a little joy, and a whole lot of coziness.
